I went to Rockville Audi mid September under the recommendation of a colleague who had purchased from them and had been happy. I was however puzzled by the attitude of the salesman who did not seem recommendation of a colleague who had purchased from them and had been happy. I was however puzzled by the attitude of the salesman who did not seem willing at all to sell me a car. Yes, he was polite and answered all my questions but no more. Yes, he let me do a test drive on the A4 Avant I was interested in but, immediately after, he waved me good bye. Yes, as I insisted he gave me a brochure but rounded his eyes asking "can't you go on the internet? You will find the same". Yes, he gave me a price list upon my demand but then again, waved me good bye and handed over his business card saying "make your configuration yourself on internet, send me an email and I will see what I can do for you". Candidly, I effectively sent him an email. He never answered. Probably a car at 40 000 USD under the diplomatic programme is too cheap to interest them. I went to another dealer, Tischer Audi, where I received excellent service. More

I recently purchased a new porsche cayman S from Rockville. Both the sales person and the General Manager went above and beyond what is normally expected from a dealership. When I asked for the best price, it was given the first time, and it was lower than other dealers in the area. The car is amazing; I am in love with it. I believe my wife will soon need a new car as well, and I plan to return to Rockville for an Audi. Their honesty, fairness, and commitment to customer service have earned them a customer for life. Not enough can be said about good customer service! We have all had bad experiences but I had a good one. I went in for service. (I had an inspection ticket due that day) and they could not get me in. I t have all had bad experiences but I had a good one. I went in for service. (I had an inspection ticket due that day) and they could not get me in. I took a stab at asking the parts people about the light bulb I needed. The parts person, Mike helped me and even told me how to put it in. Thanks for saving me $90.00 (Possibly) for the repair and getting me out of a jam. I have had my car serviced there may times and have been very happy. A little patience will get you better results! Top 10 in my book! More
