The sales associate (Telmo Silva) provided a thorough instructions over the car feathers before and after we purchased our new vehicle. Telmo did not let our misunderstanding with the other dealership ruin our experience. We were never rushed and not blindsided with added prices that other dealership have done in our past. The employees at Rockville Audi are very professional and I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends that are in the market to purchase an Audi. More
I picked this dealership after comparison shopping for my new 2013 S4. I got a straight up offer from the sales manager Greg, to meet the offer of another dealership. This was a custom order and Greg was willing to change one of his stock orders to match my requirements. Greg and Nick kept me up to date on the progress of my car throughout the delivery process. The car arrived a couple of weeks ahead of ETA. Greg and I had already negotiated the price and I was offered very straight forward terms for my lease deals. No haggling or shady practices at all. Nick was a great SA as well. I was always greeted with a smile and they did their best to meet all my needs. I highly recommend this dealership. More
This was by far the BEST car buying experience that i've ever had. They were not over bearing and pushy. They were just the opposite. They were very friendly, honest, and pleasant to deal with. I showed up with my wife in the early afternoon to have a look and returned a few hours later and drove off with a new Audi. I spoke with two other area Audi dealerships before calling Rockville. The first just didn't seem motvated in finding me a car with the options I was interested an dthe second just didn't seem to know calling Rockville. I called Rockville as a last resort isnce it was the furthest from me and am so glad that I did. My salesman was super responsive in helping find a car with the options I was interested in and was extremely helpful in making the deal with my trade. We found a used Honda Pilot available at this dealer. The price was fair and the condition of the car was great. The sales rep who helped us used to work at Honda so he had additional insight. This was the first Audi dealership I visited in the area and I would have to say this was by far the worse service that I received from any car dealership (Range Rover, Lexus, etc) I'm not sure why they did and I would have to say this was by far the worse service that I received from any car dealership (Range Rover, Lexus, etc) I'm not sure why they didn't offer me any assistance--other than maybe because I drove up in a 2002 Honda Accord. I spent about 5-10mins outside looking at cars then decided to go inside to get some help. Spent another 5mins looking at the vehicles inside and was never greeted (not even by the receptionist). I had to walk up to the receptionist and ask to see a Q5 since I didn't see any as I was looking by myself. Finally she asks someone else and he mentioned that someone was dropping something off with it. When that person returned it was a gentleman that worked in the inventory department. The receptionist asked him to show me the Q5. If it wasn't for him I would have given this dealership all "1's" but he was very nice and went over all the features with me. He didn't seem too surprised when I told him that none of the sales people or receptionist offered to assist me. I wanted to take the car for a test drive that evening (6pm) but he mentioned that he couldn't take me for a drive it would have to be with a sales rep. He gave me some pamphlets, took down my contact information, and the card for one of the Sales Reps that were not there (Domnique D'anna). Domnique reached out to me a few days later but at this point I had already visited Audi in Silver Spring and decided I was not going to purchase from Rockville by any means due to their service. I did reach out to Domnique for a quote on a vehicle and she was able to give me the quote quickly. I would like to also mention that I was the ONLY customer in the Rockville dealership at this time. The salesmen were just walking around talking to each other and the receptionist was playing on her phone. So its not like they were busy with other customers. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Audi A4 from the dealership in Silver Spring. More

I went to Rockville Audi/Porsche to look at a used 911 Turbo I had seen advertised on-line. Not prepared to make a deal that day, I didn't drive the vehicle I was planning on trading in, so it clearly wa Turbo I had seen advertised on-line. Not prepared to make a deal that day, I didn't drive the vehicle I was planning on trading in, so it clearly wasn't a "check-in-hand" day for me. Anyway, from the moment I arrived, I was rather disappointed to start with. I spent 15 minutes outside looking at a couple cars and the only salesperson I saw come out did so to talk on his cell, looked right at me, and turned away. Add to this that the car I was looking at (2002 911 Turbo) was FILTHY! It literally had a huge spiderweb hanging from the lock-box on the side window down to the door panel and looked as if the last car wash it saw was well over a month ago (my fingers were dirty from lightly rubbing over some of the several scratches on the car). Also, there was a dime sized gash on the sidewall of the front left tire - I'm sure this wouldn't pass current MD inspection.... Finally, I went in to the showroom and asked the first guy I came upon (Jesus) if I could look at a car. He obliged, but didn't seem to do so willingly. Getting back out to the car, he had the wrong key fob to open the lock box so had to return back inside to get the correct one. After several minutes, he returned with the right one and was able to open the car. After spending a few minutes looking at the interior, I asked if we could take it for a test drive. He said this would take several minutes and invited me back inside but instead I choose to stay at the car and inspect it more carefully. The wood trim was cracked badly and lifting off around the left driver-side vent and had blemishes in other spots (a new kit is available from CarID for $160 and includes all the pieces...), there were cigarette burns in several places, there were several scratches across the front and some very deep ones above the left side air-intake, wheel crests were all faded ($24 each to replace), factory radio was replaced with a POS Kenwood that blocked the air controls when open, and generally it wasn't kept in good condition. Anyway, when he finally returned outside, he said he couldn't find the key to move the new car that was blocking this car in. He went back in to look again and once more, returned without the key to move the other one. Then, he asked if I wanted to try and maneuver it to pull out around the other car - I felt as if I was being set-up to take the chance of hitting the other car and have it on my dime, not the dealer's. I kindly deferred to him and he did manage to get the car out. I do have to say the car drove well and felt appropriate, although I didn't push it at all and kept it at a modest pace. At the end of the ride, it was left that I would return in a couple days with the car I was trading in (2005 BMW 530i 6-sp manual). When I arrived that day, Jesus promptly met us outside and allowed me to take my wife for a test-drive while they appraised the BMW. When we returned, we went back inside and Jesus told me they would give me $7000 for the BMW. I laughed in his face - the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value, not retail or sellers price, on that car in good condition was $15,750, fair condition was $14,025 (and this car is definitely better than fair) and the games began. He then went back to probably get a drink and pretend he was working for me to get a deal and returned with an offer of $10,000, saying this is the best they can do and he can't reduce the price on the Porsche, saying it was already marked down to the minimun. I said I wanted $16K (was willing to take $14K only if they fixed the issues on the Porsche) and once again he left and then returned with the GM. All the GM said was that $10K was the best they could do, then shook my hand and we were pushed out the door. Jesus called the next day and told me to take the BMW to carmax as this would guarantee the price that Rockville Porsche would give me - I told him that I was dealing with him, not carmax, and if I took the BMW to carmax I was going to buy from carmax. He then said he would have the GM call me in 3 minutes, and several days later I have still not heard from either. Too bad for them - on Saturday, I went to HBL Porsche at Tysons Corner and bought a newer, much better maintained 2003 911 Turbo (btw, their initial offer on my BMW was $12k and they were willing to work on the price of the Porsche too). When all is said and done, I am grateful I was treated in such a disrespectful manner and low-balled severely at Rockville Porsche as I found a much better car, more respectful salesperson and manager and much better experience at Porsche of Tysons Corner. I am a happy 911 Turbo owner now! More
The sales rep treated customer very honestly. Suggest not trying to cut this type of benefits that Audi offers to customer in future. More
