In the beginning we did not think that the vehicle really existed because the price was too good to be true until we saw it face to was really great! We did business with the Audi specialist Jordan Stickelman, he was very friendly, professional, and detail oriented, by the time we left the dealership, we felt like we had been Audi owners for years. Jordan made sure we were very familiar with all of the features of our vehicle. I really am not a big fan of dealerships because I do not like to be bombarded by sales persons, but working with Jordan Stickelman it felt just like the opposite. He was very great! We purchased an Audi Q5 and we are more than completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Audi Rockville if you are looking for an overall great car buying experience and a super friendly Audi Specialist named Jordan Stickelman. We will be seeing them again soon in the very near future to make our next purchase. More

One negative, and my fault for buying it, but after we negotiated the price, including an expenses extended service plan, I was sold a sealant package which I highly doubt is worth a fraction of what I paid for it. Would I recommend the dealership, David and Dustin? Yes, but don't fall for the sealant. I was tired and ready to get the car on the road and they sold it at the right time. More

My emergency light came on indicating that my tires were under inflated. I drove the car to the dealership after the service department had closed on a Sat. evening. Since I had not have an Audi 5 before (I own myself an Audi Q7) I needed to not only test drive the A5 but also get to know all the capabilities and many options available. Maria was extremely efficient and knowledgeable in teaching me all the alternative options. She led me to a great test driving experience and showed me all features with great enthusiasm and professionalism. Yet her best advice was related to color selection, and finding the right exterior and interior combo. The surprise factor was a double hedge sword in my decision making since I was unsure whether to go for a more classic exterior color (i.e, gray, black, or even dark blue) or with some of the lighter colors (i.e., white, snow white) that were also available. Maria was extremely diligent in showing me all the options available in the region and nationwide, which made me feel quite comfortable that I did not need to do any further digging with other dealerships to find the right car, Her advice on color selection was right on target, and we found a brand new car that would be available for me to pick it up in the afternoon, right on time for the birthday surprise.
