They kept me in the loop of where my car was in production, when it shipped and when it arrived in Rockville. I was able to pick up my new car on 30 April in the middle of torrential rains. Alex found a dry place to go over the features of the car, returned the plates from my existing car and was available to answer questions after the sales was complete.
