Wonderful experience buying my new A3! I went to Rockville-Audi looking for a small car like the A4, and when I met Jean-Marc, he suggested the A3 which I had not even heard of. There was only one A3 in the dealership at the time, and he helped me understand why this car was so fantastic and why it satisfied my needs so perfectly. I was sold on it in about 5 minutes. He helped me locate the car with all my preferences - iit is really a dream car! Jean-Marc went over and beyond the norm in assisting me to get to and from the dealership ( I had given my previous car to my daughter). He made sure that I had the car as soon as the dealership received it, since he knew that I needed transportation. I highly recommend working with Jean-Marc - he will make the entire transaction easy and smooth. He is great to work with! More
Incompetent and Rude I had scheduled a 25K service appointment for my 2013 A3 with Rockville Audi. This would have been my first visit to this particular dealership but it I had scheduled a 25K service appointment for my 2013 A3 with Rockville Audi. This would have been my first visit to this particular dealership but it was closer to my current home. The appointment was scheduled and confirmed for Friday morning. I provided a list of everything that had to be done online and indicated that if the car needed to stay overnight I would need a rental car. When I arrived, the service agent helping had a hard time finding my information, took a long time to check in the car. He indicated that they would likely have to keep the car overnight but that they had run out of rental cars. I had to shuttle to Enterprise Rental several blocks further north (in the opposite direction from where I needed to go). I had been told that I would be given an update on the car and an estimate on costs between 10 am and 2 pm that same day. By 4 pm I still had not heard anything. When I called I only got voicemail initially, then finally reached Raymond who told me that they hadn't even looked at the car and were not planning to until Monday. I was about to ask a question about the rental car as well as expected time of completion as I had not planned on such a lengthy time without my car. Raymond just replied that he couldn't say anything until Monday and hung up! I called back again and again only reached the front desk who told me that no one was available in the service department (seconds after I had been disconnected) but that she would send an urgent email message asking someone to return my call. 5 pm, 6 pm the rest of the evening came and went without a return call. The next morning at 9 am I called again on my way to an appointment. Again I was told that no one was available in the service department. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he too was unavailable but that she would be happy to send an email requesting urgent call back. I then said that since this had not worked the day before, it would be best if I simply came back and picked up the car to service elsewhere. I returned the rental car at 3 pm to the dealership and picked up my car which had been sitting in the broiling sun all this time. On Monday I received a call from the rental car agency indicating that the car had only been returned that morning and wanting to charge me three days of rental insurance. We managed to correct that. On Tuesday I received a call again from Raymond in the Service Department, proceeding to tell me that the technician was still working on my car (?!). When I pointed out that I was actually sitting in my car and that it was not at the dealership, he said that he was simply going off the technician's notes! I have rarely seen such combination of incompetence and poor customer service and cannot under any circumstances recommend this Audi Service Dept. More

My salesperson was Maria Cokinos and I have been impressed by her in every step in the process. Maria has excellent knowledge of the product, from an operational standpoint to resale expectation and other elements. She realizes that these cars sell themselves and the customer only needs a little awareness of what they're dealing with to come to the right conclusion. In other words, no hard sell. She is great and I can't recommend her highly enough. As for service backup to the ownership equation, I've been dealing with Matt Reid for years and I know he will ensure that all my service expectations will be met. Awesome Experience Beginning to End I found an absolutely beautiful, low milage, well kept Mercedes online and applied for financing. Jean-Marc gave me a call a little while later and we set up a test drive. I was a little nervous but as soon as we met, we clicked and I felt at ease. He was very straightforward, knowledgeable, truthful, easy to talk to, and I was very comfortable. The test drive went great, the car was impeccable inside and out, ran like a dream, and exceeded my expectations. I knew I wanted this car but wasn't sure if I could afford it with my iffy credit. Jean-Marc reassured me that we would make it work. I was very skeptacle but gave him a chance to work the numbers. He gave me a GREAT deal on my trade in and I was approved for financing. The payment was a little too high for my budget but he got with the finance guy, Dustin, and we all worked it out so I could afford the payments. Thanks to Jean-Marc (and Dustin) I got a beautiful, well maintained, low mileage car of my dreams to fit my budget. I am eternally greatful and highly recommend Jean-Marc to anyone looking for a car. He's a straight shooter, no pressure, laid back but serious when needed, and very comfortable to work with. More

Great Car...Even Greater Experience!!! I needed to replace my wife's SUV and decided on the Q7. I dealt with a few dealers and only Alex, Greg and the other great folks at Rockville Audi w I needed to replace my wife's SUV and decided on the Q7. I dealt with a few dealers and only Alex, Greg and the other great folks at Rockville Audi went out of their way to find me the car, give me a more than fair price and then bring the car to the dealership. In fact, Greg was excellent in responding to emails keeping me apprised of when the Q7 would be brought over from the other dealership. Even when I was running super late to finalize documentation, bring by my trade and pick up the car, Greg, Alex and Matt stayed EXTRA late in the night to make sure we could finish the deal. In fact, they even put the car in a dry place to avoid the rainstorm so I had an easy place to learn about the features of the SUV and offered to find time for my wife to stop by and have a similar tutorial. Alex even took my plates and returned them on my behalf. I buy and sell cars yearly and this is the single best dealership in the DMV. More

No followup call I was working with Mohammed Rownak Sales Rep from the Rockville Audi store. I was told that the car 2007 BMW 335i that I wanted to buy was not ready to be sold until it was inspected. I was told that it would take about 4-5 days to do this. I was told that I would hear from Rockville Audi once the vehicle was ready. So I waited the 4-5 days but no one call so I call and was told that the car was already sold WTF. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that he was sorry about this issue. I will never buy a car from this Dealership. I also want to say when you call there you will be on hold for a very long time. James Brown More
