Amazing Service Advisor This was actually my first time having service at Walter's Audi. I have experienced the good service at Walter's Mercedes. Great Service, Great Attitude, Overall Great Experience First timer at Walter's Audi, took in my 2015 Audi A4 and Wow as soon as I drove into the Service Department, I was Greeted, help and Acknowledged, so First timer at Walter's Audi, took in my 2015 Audi A4 and Wow as soon as I drove into the Service Department, I was Greeted, help and Acknowledged, something I not used too, Stacy made me fell very comfortable and with her friendly attitude we wrote up my vehicle and got me on my mary way. I was updated every single day on the status of my vehicle and when the due date was up I picked up the vehicle and again was greeted by Stacy. Never have I experienced such great customer service, Thank You Stacy and Staff for your help! More

Friendly and Professional Service of Stacey Stacey has been my first encounter with Audi dealership in the IE. I moved to the IE about 2 years ago, and looked for a friendly dealership. She smil Stacey has been my first encounter with Audi dealership in the IE. I moved to the IE about 2 years ago, and looked for a friendly dealership. She smiled and ask me how can I help you?. Since that service day I chose to remain with Walter's Audi in all work associated with my Audi. She always shows friendly attitude, respect and professionalism. She is aware of the financial impact of the services and always tries to help by noting the must versus the nice to have, type of services I need to do. She takes the time to follow up with me on any issue encountered during the time my car is there. I left my car today at 8:00 Am and she called me at 6:05 PM to follow up with the service to my car. After long hours she was still there and finalizing her follow ups with customers. Please keep her happy there as your dealership is definitely benefiting from her impact on the customer experience. I could not have had a better experience I couldn't believe it....I had a relatively minor problem with my Audi R8 and the shop foreman,Brian Finn,, actually came to my house to check out the I couldn't believe it....I had a relatively minor problem with my Audi R8 and the shop foreman,Brian Finn,, actually came to my house to check out the problem.....he fixed one of the problems at my house and then arranged Audi roadside to have the car flat bedded to the shop.....once at the shop I was kept continually informed by Stacy Samuel,service advisor,about the work being done on my vehicle...Walters is fortunate to have both Brian and Stacy on the team.....it's customer service like this that will keep me coming back to Walters for future assistance More

In particular I would like to recognize Stacy in the service department for always being there with a great attitude and helpful suggestions when the car needed service and I required a loaner Stacy always takes care of me!
