The most recent visit introduced me to Ronald Fraiser, who walked me through the service appointment expeditiously and communicated the status of my vehicle while it was in their care. I had an extended warranty through another company when I purchased the car, and Ronald was able to make a minor repair on a motor mount using that warranty. It was my understanding that they could not process the claim, but Ron was able to get it done and saved me a lot of money in the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
