Avoid Audi of Queens at all costs! My experience here was beyond disappointing due to the poor professionalism of their finance manager. The wait time was unbearable—over 2.5 hours just to sign papers. To make matters worse, the finance manager was caught red-handed trying to alter the deal and sneak in an extra $250! When confronted, instead of owning up to the mistake, he became obnoxious and unprofessional, trying to shift the blame to someone else. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The finance manager clearly needs a lesson in respect and professionalism from his superiors. If you're considering this dealership, think twice and save yourself the headache. There are far better options out there! More

I had such a negative experience purchasing a car from this dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Queens for NJ registration. They overcharged me for DMV fees. Before purchasing the vehi this dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Queens for NJ registration. They overcharged me for DMV fees. Before purchasing the vehicle, they stated that ANY overcharge for DMV fees will be REFUNDED to me. After receiving my DMV receipt, I noticed they overcharged me around $200! So the refund check arrives from Audi Queens and I was only refunded $29! I contacted the sales manager Justin Liu about the discrepancy to which he was unable to explain why the refund was only $29 at first. The second day he stated everyone is charged the same amount for out of state plate (never mentioned on contract or verbally communicated through the whole purchase process) and ended with “there’s nothing I can do for you.” He was also extremely rude and unprofessional. So if you purchased a car here, look at your contract and compare it with the DMV receipt. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. They have no business ethics. More
