Wife and I were on our way from Long Island to friends in Delaware when we hit a pot hole with my RS7. Left front tire sprung a sidewall leak and we managed to limp into Princeton Audi Service. I had just bought out my Audi lease and within a week my car was totaled. It was a horrible accident and devastating experience. I then came to find that finding a replacement car was another nightmare. I had gone to a different Audi Dealership and had the worst experience in all my years of buying cars. This whole situation became extremely stressful. By the grace of God, who saved me in the accident, I was led to Princeton Audi and Greg Sconzo. From the minute I walked into the dealership I knew I was in the right place. Everyone was so kind, I had been shopping for a week trying to find a car. Greg Sconzo went above and beyond to help me. He found me the perfect car, the one I was looking for. I love my Audi and will only deal with Audi Princeton and Greg from here on. More

Awful service - My car was brought to the shop for an oil change and service a week ago I picked the car up and before I got home my check engine light came on and my oil came on. I reached out to the servic change and service a week ago I picked the car up and before I got home my check engine light came on and my oil came on. I reached out to the service Director Carl Mesaros whose response was I don't know "what else to tell you but it happens I am sure you made a mistake at your work before obviously we did not put enough oil in the car". This is only one example of the many issues I have had with Audi Princeton Service the worst dealership, when you enter the building everyone seems to be so stressed More
