This dealership seems to have no interest in selling cars. They would not talk to my son when he was 18 and was definitely able to buy a car with our backing. When we went to buy a Passat, we had to go cars. They would not talk to my son when he was 18 and was definitely able to buy a car with our backing. When we went to buy a Passat, we had to go up to a salesman to get his attention. When we had no car on the lot we were interested in, he would not search other dealerships other than a sister store in Flemington, which turned out to have equally unfriendly salespeople. More
I brought vehicle in for scheduled maintenance twice so far and have had no issues. Getting an appointment was easy, and the vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. No one tried to push any extra serv far and have had no issues. Getting an appointment was easy, and the vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. No one tried to push any extra services on me, which is always nice. Getting a loaner wasn't the easiest, but I didn't need one the last time, so it was of no consequence. More
Dealer went back on a verbal agreement. I had placed a significant deposit on an inbound vehicle (Sportwagen TDI) at an agreed price. When vehicle arrived, dealer went back on the agreement. Granted, the significant deposit on an inbound vehicle (Sportwagen TDI) at an agreed price. When vehicle arrived, dealer went back on the agreement. Granted, the vehicle has buzz and is in demand, and the dealer can and will now sell the vehicle at a higher price. The moral here is don't trust a dealer, and don't expect a fast refund. Funny how quick they'll take and cash a deposit - quite sad how long they say it will take to return the deposit after they go back on the deal. Shop elsewhere. Plently of other places to go to find a vehicle and a reputable company to buy it from. Never wrote a review before, but writing several today due to the outrageous experience my wife and I just had. Poor Poor Poor. Shame on you, Princeton VW! More
After buying my car here I expected good service but got none. Time and time again there was disappointment, and at high expense. If that wasn't enough, BAD ATTITUDE! Don't waste your time with these clo none. Time and time again there was disappointment, and at high expense. If that wasn't enough, BAD ATTITUDE! Don't waste your time with these clowns. Go to Bell in Rahway or DCI in Maplewood - they both cared for my car well, with fair price and NO ATTITUDE. This dealership has let the Princeton address go to their heads. More
