Upon arrival for our scheduled service, the Audi service representative greeted us with warmth and cheer. She was ready and waiting, despite our early arrival, and had the needed service order up on her com representative greeted us with warmth and cheer. She confirmed the services desired, and we handed over the key -- she immediately went to the parking lot to inspect the car and returned directly. She then invited us the waiting area, and offered complimentary coffee if we desired. Finally she confirmed the desired services would likely be completed in about 90 minutes. Having managed our expectations, we selected a cushy two seater couch and rested for the expected time interval, when she approached us, announcing our car was ready. Bach at the service desk, she summarized work completed, measurements of brake pad thickness, and the total cost. No added or unexpected repairs were discovered and we departed as " happy campers " from this experience! More
