Ok, this has been the most stressful, anger filled, car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought over 15 cars in my lifetime, drove from Huntsville to Pensacola to buy a 2020 CT5, that was adve buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought over 15 cars in my lifetime, drove from Huntsville to Pensacola to buy a 2020 CT5, that was advertised on the AUDI website for $27986, remember that price, as it will change later on the paperwork, got there at 0930, i was thinking this would be about a1 hr process, since i was pre-approves with SANTANDER, which i had done car loans with in the past, NICK the salesman that was working me is something out of the playbook of car salesman 101, had multiple issues dealing with him, 1st issue the car had tire warning ⚠️ light on, was told it needed 4 TPMS sensors and the shop would install while we do the paperwork, didn't happen, was told the shop did not have the proper lug to remove tires, but he would reduce the price by $200 and give me the sensors to install when I get back to HUNTSVILLE Alabama, ok no problem, he gave me the sensors, I was very adamant about not wanting the 3rd party extended warranty, especially at $3200, I did not want the AUDI GAP insurance at $789, this debate went on for 40 minutes, after a very heated discussion, I walked out to smoke a cigarette and cool down, eventually I walked in and told the finance manager, I will walk away from the car, because of this warranty and GAP issue, she call NICK and told him to remove it, because it was not required as he was insisting, now we get to the paperwork, after more than 3 hours there, I was extremely ready to get out of there, and started signing away, I vaguely notice the car price had changed to $28495, but it didn't register with me, and the GAP was still in there, but I told him I would be calling back to get it canceled the next day, finally at 1245 I drove away with car, oh I had traded my 2013 Mercedes in to them, after they agreed to accept the CARMAX appraisal at $5600 earlier, next day I call to speak with a senior manager to tell of my negative interaction there, a note was taken for a call back since none was available, NICK intercepted the callback note and called me 10 minutes later to see want I wanted, I told him he had inflated the price of the car from the advertised web price, he said that was because of the sensors he gave me, I said xxxx NO, it wasn't, he said he would talk to a manager to see if it can be resolved, he called backed 3 hours later and said to send him a screen shot of the WEB price advertising, I said no problem, went to the AUDI website and the car was no longer on it, BUT hey no problem, just before I called earlier, I went to the site and screen shot multiple pics of the car price and info, so I sent him 2 pics of that price and car description, now he calls back 30 minutes later and said OK, he will cut me a check for the difference, we agreed to cap it at just $500, I was ok with that and I would leave the GAP alone, he said he would called back once the check was cut to let me know, HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM IN 5 DAYS, hey I signed the paperwork my stupidity and loss, NOW I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THAT xxxx GAP insurance at $798 and can't get the AUDI GAP cancelation form More
Worked with a salesman there who was entirely too pushy and arrogant, I believe his name with Nathan. He was pretty clueless when it came to customer service. Kept pushing extras on me without even consulting me first. This dealership also adds something called "Permaplate" to every vehicle and will charge you $1250 for it, whether you like it or not. When I asked Nathan about permaplate and what it was, he couldn't tell me anything other than "we do it to all our vehicles, you'll want it." It was very clear I knew more than him about ceramic coatings and the vehicle in general. He was too pushy with his poor sales tactics and I decided to walk away from the sale because of it. More
I filled out request for information on a specific car I was interested in purchasing. I received no response. My second request was met with an offer of a "VIP" appointment with a sales specialist who wo was interested in purchasing. I received no response. My second request was met with an offer of a "VIP" appointment with a sales specialist who would have all the information on the car and the car cleaned and ready for a test drive. We made an appointment for Saturday 1/7/23 at 1100. I received email confirmation of the appointment at the time the appointment was made and then again on the morning of the appointment. When we arrived the gentleman who greeted us scampered off to find the senior sales manager to assist us. The gentleman came back a short time later to inform us that the car was not at the lot and in fact it was in "recon" which implied to me the car was not in the condition it had been advertised. We were told to wait in the lounge where we could find coffee and water while this gentleman went to retrieve the aforementioned vehicle. After several minutes of wondering why we were doing business with this incompetent and inconsiderate business we decided to simply get into our car and leave. More

Worst dealer EVER! They failed to transfer my tag and registration causing me to be pulled over by the police in my son's school. As you can imagine, when your tag isn't registered to your car the police registration causing me to be pulled over by the police in my son's school. As you can imagine, when your tag isn't registered to your car the police think that you've stolen it. I called the dealer to straighten things out and they acted like they didn't know me, even though I've gone there for the past 3 years for ALL of my service. These people will throw you under the bus- save your money and buy something else from someone else!!!! More
We had a wonderful experience at Pensacola Audi! They are a complete TEAM! We were treated like we were buying a brand new car. So was the Hannah who assisted us with paperwork, the receptionist stayed in touch from the very first call, and the Mgr Mr Joseph contacted me as soon as they opened up after I inquired online the night before. I will be driving from Alabama to Pensacola again next Christmas to buy another car for sure and Nate, Hannah, the receptionist, and Mr Joseph is already on it PENSACOLA AUDI is the place y’all!!!! HORRIBLE! I am writing this letter in regard to the issue that I have been experiencing getting my 2014 Audi S5 Coupe with 68,899 miles on it fixed. On appro I am writing this letter in regard to the issue that I have been experiencing getting my 2014 Audi S5 Coupe with 68,899 miles on it fixed. On approximately 04/15/2019, the vehicle was towed from Gulf Breeze, FL. To the Pensacola Audi due to the fact it had shut down and I had to coast into a parking lot. Upon inspection, by my father, who has been in the automobile business for over 12 years, he realized that the vehicle was making a significant noise in the top part of the motor. Once the vehicle arrived at Pensacola Audi, it was diagnosed with a timing issue. Red Shield paid the 1st claim of $4,851.89 to the repair facility, after they sent out an independent inspector to look at the vehicle. Once the vehicle was reassembled and taken on a test drive, the noise still was present. It was brought to my attention that the vehicle indeed needed a new motor. This brings me to my current situation. The warranty company refuses to pay for the motor because they are stating that it was misdiagnosed. Pensacola Audi is telling me that it was not misdiagnosed since they could not get it running without fixing the timing chain issue. The problem is I am caught between a rock and a hard spot because I have the warranty company telling me one thing and Pensacola Audi telling me something else! The one thing I know is I have been without my car now for over three (3) months with no resolution in sight at this moment. Please understand that I have been extremely considerate and patient regarding this matter. However, my patience is running thin regarding this matter. I purchased the BEST warranty that they had to offer, paid $3,232.00 plus tax with a $100.00 deductible and I have never driven my car off the lot since it has been to the repair facility. I am also paying over $500.00 a month for a vehicle that I have not driven in over 90 days. I do not care how you guys work this out. Pensacola Audi is willing to eat the first $5,000.00 of the repair bill as long as Red Shield picks up the balance. I just want my car back and do not believe I should be on the hook for the repair bill. That is why you buy an extended service contract! More

When I got there, they informed me that he'd moved to Birmingham, and that William could help me. I thought it was a little odd they couldn't tell me he'd moved on the phone earlier, but proceeded with William. I asked to test drive three different cars at three different price points. William instead told me I needed to talk finances with him first to "ensure I didn't fall in love with a car I couldn't afford." From then on out, I felt talked down to, like he didn't believe I couldn't afford to buy a car from him. It was clear he wasn't interested in the sale - almost as if I didn't buy a car from them, someone else would. I found another dealership and another salesman, and haven't been back. I hope Audi establishes a better name for themselves here in Pensacola. My family has owned multiple Audis in the past. I love their cars, but I didn't feel important or valued during this experience, and I'm not sure I'll be back in the future. More

Went 1 1/2 hours to dealership. Test drove with Travis, and worked with William also. Credit was approved with husband. Then told I could only finance a car that cost an additional 10 thousand dollars. That the car I wanted was not one that could be financed. Wasted a day, damaged my credit and no car, unless I wanted a heap of debt. NO THANKS!!! More
