I have leased//purchased 4 Audi's from this dealership (and have had 5 total). Normally service is great here, and I am pleased with sales and service. However, I have never had any major service issu (and have had 5 total). Normally service is great here, and I am pleased with sales and service. However, I have never had any major service issues with any of my cars. Now, when something breaks, completely different story!!! I have a 2019 S4 leased brand new, and it has been one issue after another, with the Audi Presence warnings continue to happen every day, and continual lane departure warnings, even with no car in front of me. I have brought the car back MANY times, and still not resolved. I've literally driven off the lot, and the light has come back on. I now have a ticket in with Audi North America, and I have sent multiple pictures, and video to Audi Pembroke pines, all to no avail. Now my texts, and calls are just completely ignored, and I am still stuck with a broken car. Even, the sales rep I deal with for the previous 4 cars, is now not returning calls. Moral of the story. Audi is great when it works, when it doesn't, heaven help you!! You're stuck with a LEMON, until you can either get something done, and//or trade the lemon (at your own cost) and go get another car. Next one will definitely NOT BE AN AUDI!!!! More

I purchased my Audi Q5 on 9/7/20 and that process with Lucas was great. Because there was an issue with my "Audi connect" I had to bring my car to service on October 1st. When I arrived for my appointme Lucas was great. Because there was an issue with my "Audi connect" I had to bring my car to service on October 1st. When I arrived for my appointment, having never been there before, I followed the signs and remained in my car. It was towards the end of the day so there were no other customers for me to watch to see "what the process was". I sat in my car for almost 20 minutes. No one addressed me. The guys in the red shirts were just sitting down towards the end of the bay. The Reps in the office never came out to see if I had been helped. One rep, who was helping the only other customer, finally asked me if I needed anything but only after passing my car 3 or 4 times. It was very uncomfortable and a horrible first time experience. More
My wife and I found a set of keys in Ft. Lauderdale. In addition, there was an Audi key FOB attached. We called Audi Coral Springs to see if they had a "FOB Reader". They did not, but said that Audi Pembr addition, there was an Audi key FOB attached. We called Audi Coral Springs to see if they had a "FOB Reader". They did not, but said that Audi Pembroke Pines did have a Reader. We drove there, from Pompano Beach, where we met Evan Kendra, a very nice Sales Consultant. He was the one who told us about the Reader. We also met Steve Paula, Parts Consultant, who was very amiable! Both gentleman were only too willing to help me find the owner who lost 5 keys, an entrance key FOB, and an Audi car FOB. Steve placed the Audi FOB on the reader and the VIN information came up along with some info about the owner. Steve called the owner and left his information. We are most appreciative of the courtesy and diligence of these two men to help find the owner of the keys. They represent your dealership in 5 star fashion and are a credit to our community. Our sincere thanks go to Evan and Steve for excellent customer service. We left your dealership and returned the keys, to the owner's representative. The owner now has the keys, and FOBs in her possession, and she is so very, very, grateful for their kindness! Christmas now will be much more merrier because of the dedication of Evan and Steve.
