I was planning on purchasing a BMW X3 M40i at your BMW dealership next door recently and loved how the car drove. But the thought of not having DJ was a major factor that led me to purchase a SQ5 Sportback instead. More

The headliner replacement on my car was started without having all spares at hand. The job was estimated to last a couple of days. After a week and a half without any news, I called and was told that it wo having all spares at hand. The job was estimated to last a couple of days. After a week and a half without any news, I called and was told that it would take another week for a windshield gasket/seal to arrive. I HAD TO CALL, NO UPDATES WHATSOEVER. After the part arrived and the reassembly process was ongoing, they damaged a pillar (2 weeks lead time). AGAIN, I HAD TO CALL BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY APPROACHING 3 WEEKS for a job originally estimated to last a few days. So this is how I found out that the plan was to keep my car in service for a month for a headliner replacement! This was just too much for me, and I asked for the car back as this new issue is esthetical, and the vehicle can be used. After picking up the car, I noticed and reported to the Service Advisor scratches on the hood clearly from when the windshield was reinstalled. SHOCKINGLY, the vehicle was taken in the back, and the spots were buffed... I was just speechless, as I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS WORK ON THE CAR! Imagine how the hood looks like with the paint buffed (among older scratches) in two spots with a strong compound to remove those scratches. I hope my experience with Audi of Pembroke cannot get any worse, but I am terrified of what will happen next when I come for that right interior pillar replacement. More

Terrible experience with Service. Own an Audi Q7 with only 13k miles. They don't care about customer safety and failed to report an excessive wear out in front tires at 9.7k and 13,7k Own an Audi Q7 with only 13k miles. They don't care about customer safety and failed to report an excessive wear out in front tires at 9.7k and 13,7k miles. The tires techs at Costco warned me against riding the vehicle in such condition. Now this dealer wants to charge me for alignment and tires installation at full price without providing me with a written alignment test report first. Went ahead and filed a complaint with Audi USA. Let's see if they can retain an extremely unsatisfied customer. Being a Luxury Vehicle I still don't understand and disagree with their statement that not having rotate tires at 10k miles have made front tires totally useless (We might probably be 20 % responsible with some wear out, but not a 100%), . At this point We don't actually know if It's a factory defect and/or tires issue and they are not interested in finding out. My Wife lease expires in June and seriously considering move to other Brand that offer better service and stand by their customers 5 starts to Good Year to offer new pairs of front tires at NO cost. More

I just can't rave enough about the entire staff at this Audi Dealership in Pembroke Pines. They say that the one thing that is lacking in South Florida, across any business, is customer service skills. IMO Audi Dealership in Pembroke Pines. The service, care, and attention to detail that I have now experienced multiple times here is second to none. In particular there are no words to express how lucky I am to have been assigned what I consider to be one of the best service adviser I have ever had the pleasure to handle any vehicle I've ever owned, across all brands. My Lucky Superstar's name is Aylin Reyes... She is the best. AND that's not just me saying it; hang out in front of her desk long enough and watch her interact with some of her other clients and you will hear them say the same thing... Aylin we love you, you are the best!!! True Story!!! More

From the quick appointment the desk made for me, since they realized that my car had what appeared to be some serious engine problems, to the greeting I received by the gentleman working in the drive isle they realized that my car had what appeared to be some serious engine problems, to the greeting I received by the gentleman working in the drive isle, and ultimately being attended to by the most friendly, professional, and what I can only describe as a very empathetic service consultant, by the name of Aylin Reyes, my experience was A+ in all areas. Not to mention my car looked brand new when I picked it back up, after the complimentary car wash they gave me. And how could I almost forget the constant communication Aylin provided through all of the days my car was in service... BTW this experience is 180 degree different from the dealership I left in Coconut Creek, which is practically 5-10 minutes from my house. In spite of that, I will be driving down to Pembroke Pines going forward, even if it is almost 30 miles away. IMPO Holman Automative, you need to invite Aylin to your next new employee orientation/training class, so that she can speak on what it takes to make a happy customer, and convert them into a life long one... She truly is the epitome of what a good customer focused representative should be. Thanks You all for the wonderful experience. More
