Even though there is an Audi dealership in Fort Lauderdale just minutes from my home, I keep coming back to Audi Pembroke Pines because of the service I receive from my advisor, DJ Jimenez. DJ ha Lauderdale just minutes from my home, I keep coming back to Audi Pembroke Pines because of the service I receive from my advisor, DJ Jimenez. DJ has been my advisor for years . . . he is professional, attentive, gives me good advice and I absolutely trust him! This is my 3rd Audi since 2017, and DJ is the reason I keep coming back to your dealership. In fact, before I got my SQ5 last October, I was seriously looking at a BMW M40i. One of the major factors that kept me from switching brands was the relationship I have with DJ and the thought of losing that was a bridge too far for me. More

Scheduled service to install the Audi rings that were damaged in my car. Appt set one week in advance. Received reminder for the appt. Drove to the dealership and upon arrival, Adrian Noa (my service adv damaged in my car. Appt set one week in advance. Received reminder for the appt. Drove to the dealership and upon arrival, Adrian Noa (my service advisor) told me that they did not have the part. No follow up, no respect, no concern. Spent time and fuel for NOTHING. More

In a simple oil change they were exceptionally welcoming, used my coupon, and my slight sxtra wait was explained when I didn't recognize that a shiny clean new car was mine and had been finished sooner than used my coupon, and my slight sxtra wait was explained when I didn't recognize that a shiny clean new car was mine and had been finished sooner than I thought!
