While the sales went smoothly, the new Audi Q5 PHEV had a check engine light turn on two days after bringing it home. I will never buy or lease another Audi. They do not provide the customer service expected in a luxury vehicle. They actually expect me to drive a new car with the warning light on and only charge to 50% on 110. Car is not functioning as manufactured and they should replace it. More

My daughter is 16, I love that my teenage daughter can pull in and service her car, be it air in the tires or windshield fluid, or whatever she needs, Daniel is There. And if Daniel is off, Eric is there to jump in and help. As a mom, that is priceless. Their Customer Service is above and Beyond... For that, we will only drive and refer to Audi. Thank You! More

I purchased my vehicle at your dealership as a Pre-Certified vehicle. Thankfully we also added the extra 5 year or 35,000mile warranty your dealer offers along with the wheel and tire warranty. Since the purchase of this vehicle we have been returning to fix a front end creaking sound that has been revised now for over 4 visits. We have replaced all the control arms upper and lower with all new Audi OEM parts that come with bushings NEW. This last visit they just told us that the bushings were the reason for THIS VISITS creaking sound. (Which is the same sound since the beginning) Service dept. said that the lower bushings were dry rotted. HOW? Since the replaced upper and lower mechanical arms have been fully replaced and the vehicle has only been driven 5000 miles since that repair. How do NEW bushings get dry rotted so QUICKLY. I own a Honda Pilot SUV with 90,000 miles on it and the bushings are still the original part of that vehicle. NEVER been replaced and Never have given us a problem or sound. Not sure what is really going on here but I know that the mechanics along with Matt the service manager can not figure the problem out. Complaints of vibration while driving the car on the highway have been another issue and this also has never stopped. Tires wearing away VERY quickly with feathering happening. And every time this vehicle comes in for its sounds we are charged with balancing and alignment of all wheels. We are doing everything we can on our end but ending up again and again for the same issues and PAYING for the same issues over and over each time. WE are getting tired of paying $500 for the deductible every time and the issue never being resolved. There should be a service warranty with the Audi shop that if my car comes back in with the same issue that the customer is extended some customer service of trying to FIX the problem and not keep draining their pockets because your experts can't figure it OUT. More
