From the quick appointment the desk made for me, since they realized that my car had what appeared to be some serious engine problems, to the greeting I received by the gentleman working in the drive isle they realized that my car had what appeared to be some serious engine problems, to the greeting I received by the gentleman working in the drive isle, and ultimately being attended to by the most friendly, professional, and what I can only describe as a very empathetic service consultant, by the name of Aylin Reyes, my experience was A+ in all areas. Not to mention my car looked brand new when I picked it back up, after the complimentary car wash they gave me. And how could I almost forget the constant communication Aylin provided through all of the days my car was in service... BTW this experience is 180 degree different from the dealership I left in Coconut Creek, which is practically 5-10 minutes from my house. In spite of that, I will be driving down to Pembroke Pines going forward, even if it is almost 30 miles away. IMPO Holman Automative, you need to invite Aylin to your next new employee orientation/training class, so that she can speak on what it takes to make a happy customer, and convert them into a life long one... She truly is the epitome of what a good customer focused representative should be. Thanks You all for the wonderful experience. More

As an nternet buyer from out of state, I couldn't be more pleased with how this transaction was handled. The way the vehicle was presented to me by the salesman was top notch, and I feel like they even went pleased with how this transaction was handled. That actually made me more comfortable with my purchase and my salesman, Camilo Rojas, was absolutely exceptional. The transaction portion of the vehicle was fairly straightforward, but we had a ton of hiccups regarding the shipping. Camilo was very responsive, up to an including helping out on his day off, and I couldn't have asked for anything more! As a professional salesman myself, I admire his does dedication to the transaction, and complete focus on customer service. I also had interactions with a manager, Abbey Fayerweather, who followed Camilo's lead and and truly finished things out for me! As someone who worked in a car dealership back in the day… and probably doesn't have the highest regard for many of them… I would definitely do business again with Pembroke Pines Audi!! Giving one star because couldn't rate lower than that... Went there yesterday to return my 2018 Q5 and starting a new lease but, beside they offered me outrageous rates for the new lease, they wanted to cha Went there yesterday to return my 2018 Q5 and starting a new lease but, beside they offered me outrageous rates for the new lease, they wanted to charge me $1600 for a few minor scratches on the rear and front bumpers and for the tires that were still in acceptable conditions. Went to Audi West Palm instead, they didn't even look at my car and they gave me the lease of a 2021 Q5 Premium plus for much lower monthly payment and a rdicolous down payment. Very happy with the deal I got at Audi West Palm and never again to Audi Pembroke Pines!!!! More
