Ivonne was extremely helpful when I was shopping for an e-Tron. She and I went back and forth with over a dozen emails. There were so many emails because I had tons of inventory and pricing questions, but she was there to answer all of them in a very timely and friendly manner. She was very easy to work with, especially in this time of COVID. In addition to Ivonne, I worked with Mike Price at the store. He was also very helpful and friendly and was a pleasure to work with. In fact, everyone at Audi Pembroke Pines was amazing. This is my fifth Audi, but my first purchase from this store and I would 100% recommend giving them the chance to help you out if you are in the market for a vehicle. Also, the e-Tron is an amazing luxury EV. It might not have the range of a Tesla, but it blows them out of the water when it comes to offering a luxury driving experience. My wife and I found a set of keys in Ft. Lauderdale. In addition, there was an Audi key FOB attached. We called Audi Coral Springs to see if they had a "FOB Reader". They did not, but said that Audi Pembr addition, there was an Audi key FOB attached. We called Audi Coral Springs to see if they had a "FOB Reader". They did not, but said that Audi Pembroke Pines did have a Reader. We drove there, from Pompano Beach, where we met Evan Kendra, a very nice Sales Consultant. He was the one who told us about the Reader. We also met Steve Paula, Parts Consultant, who was very amiable! Both gentleman were only too willing to help me find the owner who lost 5 keys, an entrance key FOB, and an Audi car FOB. Steve placed the Audi FOB on the reader and the VIN information came up along with some info about the owner. Steve called the owner and left his information. We are most appreciative of the courtesy and diligence of these two men to help find the owner of the keys. They represent your dealership in 5 star fashion and are a credit to our community. Our sincere thanks go to Evan and Steve for excellent customer service. We left your dealership and returned the keys, to the owner's representative. The owner now has the keys, and FOBs in her possession, and she is so very, very, grateful for their kindness! Christmas now will be much more merrier because of the dedication of Evan and Steve. Inquired about a used Q7. I received emails quickly, then called to drive 40 minutes to test drive it. A sales rep took me for the test drive, then instructed me to go to Kelly blue book and ask for an insta called to drive 40 minutes to test drive it. A sales rep took me for the test drive, then instructed me to go to Kelly blue book and ask for an instant cash offer for my trade in, using their zip code so they would get the lead. I did that and got bombarded with calls from OTHER dealerships offering to buy my vehicle, but never heard from this dealership. I emailed the reps who had emailed me, and asked them to view the offer and send me a detailed quote for the vehicle with all fees. They dropped the ball and never did after promising to do so. Then I chatted with someone to follow up since the vehicle was still available and dropped in price, and they stated a price $2k higher than online..... Very unprofessional More
