Purchasing a new vehicle during COVID can be a daunting experience. Ivonne and her team were fantastic right from the start, the process was easy, efficient and most importantly, painless. We did everything online via email, even signed securely on line. She provided us the best price of any Audi dealership in South Florida with out having to haggle back and fourth. She responded to my numerus emails quickly with the information I needed to make a decision, no pressure what so ever. This was so refreshing. Lucas delivered the vehicle and it was truly a contactless experience which was a requirement for us. When we arrived the car was ready and waiting. All we had to do was fire it up and go. At no time did we have to enter the showroom and everyone was wearing masks! Lucas as the brand specialist also helped us with technical questions the day after the sale. So it was not just I got the sale now go away, he made himself available virtually to respond to our questions after the sale and delivery. He was very helpful. I recommend that if you are in the market for a new or preowned Audi this is the place you want to purchase your Audi. Great selection, lowest prices in town and the best sales team.
