Confirmed a car of interest was in inventory via their chat line and then via a phone call where I schedule an appointment. I have leased//purchased 4 Audi's from this dealership (and have had 5 total). Normally service is great here, and I am pleased with sales and service. However, I have never had any major service issu (and have had 5 total). Normally service is great here, and I am pleased with sales and service. However, I have never had any major service issues with any of my cars. Now, when something breaks, completely different story!!! I have a 2019 S4 leased brand new, and it has been one issue after another, with the Audi Presence warnings continue to happen every day, and continual lane departure warnings, even with no car in front of me. I have brought the car back MANY times, and still not resolved. I've literally driven off the lot, and the light has come back on. I now have a ticket in with Audi North America, and I have sent multiple pictures, and video to Audi Pembroke pines, all to no avail. Now my texts, and calls are just completely ignored, and I am still stuck with a broken car. Even, the sales rep I deal with for the previous 4 cars, is now not returning calls. Moral of the story. Audi is great when it works, when it doesn't, heaven help you!! You're stuck with a LEMON, until you can either get something done, and//or trade the lemon (at your own cost) and go get another car. Next one will definitely NOT BE AN AUDI!!!! More

To begin with, I had done some car shopping for my father a couple months back but wasn't able to close a deal. So he tried later on with no luck and a bad dealership experience... Soon after, Ivonne followed up our visits with a call, and I gave her my side of the story. To make things short and sweet, Ivonne took an incredible initiative and immediately got to work on a new deal. A couple phone calls later, she is the reason my family walks out with a new lease that same night. I cannot congratulate her and her staff enough for going above and beyond.
