While the sales went smoothly, the new Audi Q5 PHEV had a check engine light turn on two days after bringing it home. I will never buy or lease another Audi. They do not provide the customer service expected in a luxury vehicle. They actually expect me to drive a new car with the warning light on and only charge to 50% on 110. Car is not functioning as manufactured and they should replace it. More

I called Michael Petramale about a used car on the lot and provided me the details that I asked for before coming in (out-the-door price, warrant I called Michael Petramale about a used car on the lot and provided me the details that I asked for before coming in (out-the-door price, warranties on the car, what fees they have, etc.) which made the process a lot easier. He set me up with an appointment with Seth Thomas the next day since he wouldn't be in the office and assured me that Seth would provide excellent service. Seth did exactly that and allowed me to test drive, examine the car, and answer questions that I had. When purchasing the car, they were very transparent about the price and explained each part of the purchasing process. We did run into an issue when paying for the car, but we were able to get past it fairly quickly thanks to Jack Mitrani. Overall great experience! More
