While the sales went smoothly, the new Audi Q5 PHEV had a check engine light turn on two days after bringing it home. Although, I have been offered resolution with a new car, I have been waiting two months a check engine light turn on two days after bringing it home. Although, I have been offered resolution with a new car, I have been waiting two months and am completely frustrated. Absolutely no call back or email since August 2nd. I will never buy or lease another Audi. They do not provide the customer service expected in a luxury vehicle. They actually expect me to drive a new car with the warning light on and only charge to 50% on 110. Car is not functioning as manufactured and they should replace it. More
