Great service from Ian I had to Bring my Audi in for the recall issues. I was not able to secure a loaner car but Ian was able to work some things out for me to have one. T I had to Bring my Audi in for the recall issues. I was not able to secure a loaner car but Ian was able to work some things out for me to have one. This was especially important because I have little kids I had to pick up from school that day. He was super professional and the car was finished by 4 PM on the same day. I really like this dealership and I really think Ian is a great customer service rep. More
