Jon Su deserves many kudos in my book! My first encounter with John was in August of 2018, the second recall for the Takata airbags. He is upbeat, respectful, concerned about his clients safety and gives his honest opinion on the subject at hand. The news is costly at times but he is straight and sincere. Steven Caton, the inspector gave a thorough check of my vehicle and even sent a video walk around. That’s a first! There was only one time I had a rude adviser, Walter Skees, I believe,With my first TAkata airbag recall in May of 2017. I’m including this comment now because I did not receive a review request at the time. I highly recommend a review request for every service no matter how small. As you can see I still feel unheard after 3 years! Yesterday’s service was particularly quick! I did receive some costly news and am taking the weekend to make a decision. I have been a loyal customer since July 2011. More

I took my car in for a recall repair with a 10:00 am appointment. I was greeted promptly and courteously by Benny. I was told the work would take about 2 hours and should be done by 12:30. I opted to st appointment. I was greeted promptly and courteously by Benny. I was told the work would take about 2 hours and should be done by 12:30. I opted to stay and wait since I live 25 minutes away from the dealership. At 1:30 I asked what was taking so long - my car was still not ready. I finally got my car back at 2:45 with a nice car wash. A more realistic time frame for this repair should have been given so I didn’t waste over 4 hours sitting around waiting. Note to Management: It may have been a slow day, but during my long wait I didn’t see much work going on. Lots of chatting, cell phone use, snacking from your coffee bar and lunch delivery. If you don’t have a lunch/break room I suggest you get one. Customers should not see the public face of your company standing around eating and drinking. Maybe it’s a generational thing as I am an older person. More
