Very comfortable during my 2 hour visit. Surroundings comfortable and drinks available if wanted. I appreciate the bathroom so close if needed. Workplace very nice. Arrived early. Had to wait for doors to open. Was first in. Explained service needed with some pushback on resetting the service indicator since I perform most of it myself and the rest was done at indepen in. Explained service needed with some pushback on resetting the service indicator since I perform most of it myself and the rest was done at independent repair shop. Their policy is, if they don’t perform the service, they won’t reset the light. However, after some back & forth, the service writer resolved to my satisfaction and actually gave me parts & oil to take home as part of Audicare which came with the car when I bought it. I purchased used and didn’t know I had Audicare, so I just recently had the service done and it didn’t make sense to do it over again. Rest of service (an open recall for coolant after run pump, wheel balance, tire rotation, 4 wheel alignment, brake fluid & fuel system flush) went quickly and the technician even sent me via text & email a short video of my car, explaining that all went smoothly. All in this was stress free and I received a new loaner Audi Q5 to use while mine was being worked on. No further issues or problems. I would return again. Thanks guys! More
