I have to say that he was extremel I am amending my review regarding Priority One Audi. I stopped in there a,few days ago to see the service manager. I have to say that he was extremely concerned with my issue and took it upon himself to look further into it. I am very happy to say I was treated with care and concern. My issue was taken care of. I have total respect for not just the Service manager, but for the entire team at the service department. They totally are a great crew and will take care of your car. Thank you again . poor customer service Went here to purchase a Q5 the numbers were not where I wanted them to be so I purchased in Silver Spring. I live not far from Owings Mills, Md and we Went here to purchase a Q5 the numbers were not where I wanted them to be so I purchased in Silver Spring. I live not far from Owings Mills, Md and went there for a courtesy wash, the 3rd one to be exact and because I would not allow them to put their advertisement on my truck they told me I can no longer bring my truck there to be washed because I did not buy it from them. I have had luxury vehicles from Mercedes to BMW and never had a dealer decline a courtesy wash because I did not purchase from them. My plan was to have my service done there, that will never happen now. Very disappointed in their salty attitude because I did not purchase. More
