My issues with the dealer are with the post-sale process in transferring existing tags/title from my trade in to my new purchased Audi. The business mgr said he would request the paperwork to transfer of m in transferring existing tags/title from my trade in to my new purchased Audi. The business mgr said he would request the paperwork to transfer of my DE plates/title be expedited when I purchased the vehicle. Yet thirty days later (within the 60 day limit of my temp tags), I get an email asking if I still have my registration of my trade in. What part of "expedite" did they not understand? I told them no one asked me to provide the trade in registration when I picked up the new vehicle paperwork but it s/b in the glove box of the trade-in vehicle, provided the car was still on the lot. I was told the vehicle was no longer on the lot and I said that is now their problem to resolve. Subsequently I get an email telling me the car was still on their lot and they found the registration. I get confirmation from DE DMV that the new vehicle transfer paperwork has been received but still no official word from the dealership on when I can expect the new paperwork. Fast forward to day 50 (of the 60 day temp tag period) and I inquire on the status. The dealership tells me they paid an additional DMV fee (as I wanted to extend my registration to 5 years) and that Sales will notify me for payment of the additional fee. On day 56, I inquire again saying I have not seen the new title/registration nor have I heard from the dealership of reimbursing them for the additional DMV fee. Dealership calls back on day 59 and says I now need to pay the DMV. I tell them the dealership paid the fee and that I need to pay the dealership. Dealership then tells me they will mail the transferred title/registration and it will arrive "early next week", sadly past the 60 day window of my temp tags. I call back reminding them that getting the new title/registration "early next week" is not good because it is past the 60 days of my temp tags. They tell me they will overnight a new temp tag extending it for another 30 days. I wait 2 days with no new temp tags and call back AGAIN. Now they tell me because my new title/registration will be arriving shortly, instead of mailing the extension to my temp tags, I should just print out the extension temp tags. Out of frustration, I call the GM and leave a msg to call me and of course, he never did. How can all this happen? Why am I hocking the dealership every step of the way on what should be a routine process? Why do I have to refresh their memory on what was told to me, when my temp tags are expiring, etc? Clearly there is no coordination between the business mgr. and the team that is responsible for registering new vehicles. I have never experienced such troubles with any dealerships (and I have purchased a lot of cars) on this process. Too bad because the sales experience was very good and absent this screw up post sale, I would have given this dealership a 4 star rating. More
This was the best car buying experience we have had. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful. Kirk in finance was educational and helpful. The most outstanding aspect was our salesperson Mickey. We have the utmost confidence in Mickey who made our 3 hour round trip from Delaware worth every mile. We have had good, bad and indifferent previous car buying experiences but Mickey and Kirk gave us our first outstanding experience. She arranged to have me picke assisting me in purchasing a preowned Audi TTS. I purchased this car out of state online with the help of Nancy Hughes. She arranged to have me picked up at the airport, have the paperwork needed to complete this transaction ready to go and explained the features of the car before I drove it back to my home state. I was very pleased with the dealership’s assistance and would certainly buy from them again! More

Was able to get a next-day appointment to take care of some serious damage on my car. The staff was very helpful and courteous, sent me a video of their findings and supplied frequent updates. Sales Rep Nancy Hughes was most accommodating. We found the vehicle online and opted to travel to pick it up. When we arrived, we were expected and most of the paperwork had been done.
