Rodney made you feel like you had your very own personal concierge for car washes, services or any concerns you may have in reference to your vehicle. My time was limited there because he called a day earlier for the information needed to make the process smooth and quick. I highly recommend Rodney if you are looking to purchase an Audi. They charge for a repair estimate!! I found the rare honest car salesman This was only my second experience with a major car dealer and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Although our salesman Zac was new and not inform This was only my second experience with a major car dealer and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Although our salesman Zac was new and not informed on every detail he admitted such and asked others for the answers. That type of honesty is rare and Zac more than made up for it with his attentiveness. Unlike most others who after the sale is closed they dont know you anymore Zac was available with service questions well after the deal was struck. The only reason i gave 4 stars is the finance guy was a bit pushy trying to upsell and didnt seem to know the warranty details so well. All in all from the young lady that answers the phone ( i believe her name was Rebecca) to the car itself to my main man Zac it was a wonderful experience. Thanks Zac More

I live not far from Owings Mills, Md and went there for a courtesy wash, the 3rd one to be exact and because I would not allow them to put their advertisement on my truck they told me I can no longer bring my truck there to be washed because I did not buy it from them. I have had luxury vehicles from Mercedes to BMW and never had a dealer decline a courtesy wash because I did not purchase from them. My plan was to have my service done there, that will never happen now. Very disappointed in their salty attitude because I did not purchase. More
