Dubois Kelly was very patient and very helpful and knowledgeable in getting us thru the Sales process. We were coming in from out of town and he had the car ready for us with our names on it in front of the sales office ready for us to take a test ride. Chris Campbell accompanied us for the ride and was very helpful explaining all of the controls. My previous vehicle was a Lexus and the control panels were completely different than on the new Audi. Robert Hess was also helpful is explaining additional features on the Audi before we left the dealership. Our overall experience with Audi Owings Mills was Excellent.
