Twisted??? I purchased a 2018 Audi A5 Sportback that was used by the dealership as a Loaner Vehicle for it’s customers on Friday June 14, 2019 But before I purch I purchased a 2018 Audi A5 Sportback that was used by the dealership as a Loaner Vehicle for it’s customers on Friday June 14, 2019 But before I purchased it I inquired why wasn’t it listed as a CPO {CERTIFIED PRE OWNED} vehicle because I wouldn’t purchase it unless it was. I was told that the dealership would make it a CPO and add an additional year to the manufacturers coverage if I purchased, so I did. Upon closing the deal signing all of the paperwork and presenting a check I was shown the CERTIFIED PRE OWNED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE stating that the vehicle would have one additional year added to the back end of the Manufactures 4-Year Plan. So here’s where things got “Twisted” Before leaving the dealership with all of my paperwork and both sets of keys I made a call to my Insurance Company to have the car covered. While on the phone talking to my Insurance Agent I stopped to thank the management and wish them a Happy Father’s Day. Needless to say I put my extra car key down along with the CPO WARRANTY CERTIFICATE on a desk and left the dealership. The next morning Saturday June 15th I received a text message that I left my extra car key at the dealership. Upon returning to the dealership to retrieve my belongings I was given the key but no CPO WARRANTY. I questioned my salesperson about it and was told that she would check around to try and locate it. I have returned to the dealership on two additional occasions and spoke with a manager about it and still as of today July 4th I’m without my CPO WARRANTY. Would you say that maybe they’re trying to get out of providing me with the additional year of Warranty Coverage or what??? More

Excellent Experience Finally went back into a car dealership after walking the lot at Carmax several times and leaving disappointed and no closer to a decision each time. Staff at Audi Owings Mills was friendly, genial, low key, with no pressure whatsoever. Visited several times prior to purchase and received nothing but excellent service with no high-pressure sales tactics.
