When I purchased my vehicle as it was getting washed paint peeled off a minor section of the vehicle. Of course no one wants that to happen when you’re happy to have purchased a vehicle and ready to go paint peeled off a minor section of the vehicle. Again Mario Granados went out of his way told me not to worry they would take care of it and they would provide a rental! Special shoutout to Brandon Barello, for explaining everything getting my service requested and getting me a fully paid rental while my vehicle was being painted and for updating me as soon as my vehicle was ready to go. Another special shoutout to car salesman Mario Granados for making a 2 hour drive and bringing the vehicle to me as I was unable to go to the dealership. Also want to shoutout Ella and Rigo for being very kind and helping the mailing of the check process! They have great staff and do go out of their way to take care of you. Thanks again Audi Ontario. I’ve dealt with a couple salesman and what stood out from Mario was his expertise and willingness to help. He went through all the vehicle’s features with me and thoroughly showed me the carfax twice to make sure I wasn’t being blindsided from anything. Negotiating with Mario was a breeze, he was fair and totally open to negotiating to sale the vehicle. In less than an hr we were already signing paperwork. So if you’re heading to Audi Ontario, look out for Mario Granados. He will definitely take care of you. More

Diana Perez always goes above and beyond to ensure I receive the best customer service. I brought my vehicle in to replace the windshield, she scheduled me a loaner, offered me a discount, and even tex receive the best customer service.
