I purchased a used BMW from this dealership. They provided a 3 month warranty with it and seems for a good reason. I took the car to my local BMW dealership shortly after purchase and really wis They provided a 3 month warranty with it and seems for a good reason. I took the car to my local BMW dealership shortly after purchase and really wish I would have done it in enough time to just return the car. The BMW service center found $14k worth of issues. While most were covered by the warranty, I still was out $250 for the warranty deductible. This dealer wasn't willing to help with those costs and even after 4 more months am still seeing issues with the car. More repairs and issues have come up and I'm regretting my choice in this dealership. I should have listened to my gut when I saw this car purchased and seemingly returned in the past but they assured me it was just a normal issue with the sale. I would not recommend this dealer and feel they have shady used car practices. I would expect more from a luxury dealer as should you by going somewhere else. My purchase was in April of 2024. We have only put around 3k miles on it since then and are now selling it due to the ongoing issues. My Google review had someone from the dealer reach out to investigate, just to never follow up again as they committed to do so. More

I just moved back to Omaha and was so stressed on finding a guy who would treat me with fairness and integrity. No haggling No weird talk going but to his manager trying to get this or that. He was in control and left feeling like I made a friend. Ask him about his Horse story standing next to gate. I laughed and its been a long time.
