I currently live in Minneapolis and have been looking for a harder to find A4 for some now. Came across a car of interest at Bob Moore Audi. He was willing to negotiate on a price without any hassle/pressure. Donna was awesome and found me a better rate on a loan than my bank offered, which I was very surprised they offered better. I bought the car and flew down. Frank picked me up at the airport in his personal vehicle and brought me back to the dealership where my car was ready. He was even able to get the windows tinted with only two days noticed. There was no surprises in the purchase order and the whole process went better than I had expected. Thanks More

Before we came to Bob Moore Audi, we had narrowed our car selection toIinfinity, Cadillac and Audi. Audi was our last vehicle to see in person. The A8L on the showroom floor blew us away with the quality and plushness, in comparison to the others. Driving it was even more exciting. At no time were we pushed or hurried by our salesman. Ingo was always there to answer our questions. The A8L has more features than any vehicle we have ever seen! Ingo helped explain every feature, plus many more we were not aware of. We decided to order this car. Although the process was about 10 weeks, Ingo, Perry and Mark kept us informed and up to date. The car showed up on time. Purchasing and closing was simple and hassle free. After closing, Ingo has stayed in touch with us to answer questions and help with scheduling winow inning, service, etc. This is the first Audi we have owned and so far, it has far exceeded our expectations. 2nd car from Bob Moore, 1st experiance was not great in Norman. Ordered a new Q7 Jan 21 for my wifes Birthday, took delivery May 22. First time I have ever paid MSRP for a car. Donna was very helpful, Walter was easy to work with. Disappointed with a trade in offer, would rather they just said they were not intersted. I pay MSRP and did not even get close to a average NADA trade in offer. No options for Audi purchasers. More

No follow up after purchase from sales team at Porsche dealership. All smiles and handshakes until sale was completed. I purchased a CPO car that supposedly passed a checklist and then discovered after dr dealership. All smiles and handshakes until sale was completed. After driving 3 hours one way to purchase and spending a substantial amount of money, no follow up call or thank you card has been sent. The only good experience was in the finance office where Donna did an outstanding job. More
