I worked with a salesperson named Kristian Klouda who helped me get an excellent deal on the lease and was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the process. After I leased the car, I had a few issues with the car. Kristian has been totally responsive and eager to help long after the lease was signed. I have never experienced such amazing customer service in any luxury or other dealership before. His puts the customer before all other considerations. He has even called me on his day off to help!
