Amazing Car Buying Experience I just bought my second car from Audi of Norwell and if you are buying an Audi i don't know why you would go any place else. The dealership is specta I just bought my second car from Audi of Norwell and if you are buying an Audi i don't know why you would go any place else. The dealership is spectacular and the customer service and amenities to match. When we bought a new Q5 last year the pricing and negotiations were straight forward and we were able to deal directly with our salesman Paul Copeland without the trips back and forth to the manager's office and the other games that were played at other local luxury dealerships who shall remain nameless. We just bought our second car from Paul and went the certified pre-owned path this time and again had a great experience with their first offer being spot on and then an amazingly quick close, registration transfer and coloring book for our 6 year old to keep him entertained while we processed the everything. I look forward to buying my next car there when the time comes and if your in the market for an Audi this is the place to go! More

Jeff Johnson was excellent to work with and responded quickly to help me decide to purchase the car. I got all the paperwork in that night (after closing) and was able to finalize things the following day. Jeff kept me informed of the progress of the last remaining paperwork and made sure the car was ready on Monday. He then drove it up to my work (almost an hour north in Lexington, MA) for me to take delivery. My prior car buying experiences have been lengthy ones where I felt I needed to stay on my toes to ensure I didn't get swindled. Since I was in a rush this time around, I let my guard down a little. Thankfully, my experience with Audi of Norwell was quick, easy, and I got a good deal that I didn't have to work so hard for. I came away from the experience stress free and excited instead of exhausted and glad it was all over. Excellent experience overall. I recommend you contact Jeff if you're in the market for an Audi. More

First Audi purchase My first Audi ever. I was very excited. Went there on Veterans Day. Told my salesman I would be there for 9am. Showed up on time only to have to wait My first Audi ever. I was very excited. Went there on Veterans Day. Told my salesman I would be there for 9am. Showed up on time only to have to wait 45 min because some other guy just showed up without appt. That was the first error on them. Take new car home. 5 weeks now and I get a bill from my traded in vehicle with a late payment. Call bank and they tell me car has not been payed off. It is now Dec. 17, still trying to get dealer to pay off car. THEY SUCK! Especially for being Audi. I should have gone to Norm Wagner in Shrewsbury. The General Manager Craig can't even give the courtesy to call me back. I will keep calling or pay a visit. More

Warm, easy to ta Four things stood out here: 1) My salesman, Tom Smelstor, was exceptional. Apart from his professionalism, he was just a great guy. Warm, easy to talk to, genuine - the polar opposite of the car salesman stereotype. And - the price negotiations took 5 minutes. Easy peasy, and I was very satisfied with the price of the car. 2) Everything that was promised to me, they delivered perfectly, and on time. Paperwork, a few open issues with the car, the financial aspects - all handled without headache. 3) The car was perfectly prepped. I bought a nearly new used car, but the level of detail they showed in preparing it for delivery was exceptional. I usually find some nits to pick when it comes to this stuff (as I am a picky person), but not in this case. 4) You might say, "Well of course you got great service, you bought an expensive Audi." Not the case! I bought a 2012 Mazda6 - the cheapest car for sale on their lot. Even so, the experience from beginning to end was outstanding. I've purchased 25+ cars over the years from dealerships big and small, and this was one of the best. I highly recommend Audi Norwell. And ask for Tom when you arrive. More
WORST EXPERIENCE & HORRIBLE SERVICE I bought the A7 with saleman J. He promised to deliver the car with buff out the heavy scratches, do the full detail and tinted the car. He kept the c I bought the A7 with saleman J. He promised to deliver the car with buff out the heavy scratches, do the full detail and tinted the car. He kept the car for 6 days on the lot and nothing has been deliver as promised except for the last minute tinting. He slapped 2 bolts onto the rear plate, delivered the car and because there were only 2 bolts, it make noises when I drive on the highway. I wrote a letter to bring these matters into the sale manager attention. I was asked to bring the car back on Saturday 24th for the buff, detail and take care of the plate plus the malfunction sensor on the car. The buffing was addressed, the full detail and the plate still remain. The car is still dirty, in fact it still have the adhesive left over on the windshield where you have all of the sale stickers on it. About the plate, instead of putting another 2 bolts on it to keep it in place. They broke the frame and left the issue as is. Nice, well done. Mike, you assured to me personally that with your involvement the issues will get address and I will be satisfy afterward. Am I happy and satisfy? This is the worst experience I ever had in my whole life. I bought so many cars in the past from small to well-known dealers in MA and they all were great. They delivered what they promise, on time and with satisfaction. They even follow up few days after to see how everything goes. I do not think I have the same experience at your dealer. Remember, you represent Audi in the great town of Norwell. Do you know much time and effort I have to spend going back and forth to the dealer to get these issues address? And I really do not have to because they should have been addressed in the first place. Have I say enough? This is my first Audi and it is going to be my last because of the terrible service. I thought I would trade it in for a new A7 within 2 years and refer you some of my clients but I guess the relationship will end here. Thanks for the lousy service and promising at this location. More
