Once again, nothing but net! My wife and I have been dedicated Audi owners for nearly 30 years. Last month, my wife was involved in a fairly serious accident, and her 2008 Audi A My wife and I have been dedicated Audi owners for nearly 30 years. Last month, my wife was involved in a fairly serious accident, and her 2008 Audi A4 (purchased from the newly-launched Audi of Norwell in 2011) when another driver ran a red light and t-boned her car. Fortunately, she walked away from it without a scratch. The A4 wasn't so lucky. After appraisal, it was deemed a total loss and we were suddenly in the market for a replacement. There was never a question about where we would be shopping. We went to Audi of Norwell, and I asked for Scott McDonald, who had sold me a new Q5 a few years ago. Scott took care to select cars for my wife to test drive, and in the end, he sold her a "new" 2013 A4 from their inventory of certified pre-owned cars. Scott is our new "go to" guy now. He was great with me in 2013, and he was awesome again now. He was straightforward and clear on our options, and was extremely professional in closing the deal. When delivery time came, the car was pristine and ready to go. I would also commend Greg Brennan, the business manager, as well as Wayne Cahill and all the guys in the service area who prepped the car. We look forward to a continuing (and long) great relationship with our Audi dealer in Norwell! More

Excellent Leasing Experience I walked into Audi Norwell with an above average knowledge base of cars, especially Audi's. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Nissan for a new 2016 S5 leas I walked into Audi Norwell with an above average knowledge base of cars, especially Audi's. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Nissan for a new 2016 S5 lease. Sam Doxsey had helped my mother purchase an Audi Q5 a few days earlier so I sought out his help. Having never leased a car before, Sam made the process extremely easy. Taking me on multiple test drives with multiple vehicles over the course of three visits. He was extremely knowledgable and passionate about the cars Audi Norwell sold. I took in a lot of information from Sam that ultimately helped me make a decision. Sam made sure I got all the special incentives available as well. I have to say, the part of the car buying process that people look forward to the least, the negotiation, was really quick and painless with Sam and Sam's manager. We spoke initial lease numbers my first visit but I didn't negotiate until I had at least 2 more negotiated prices from other Audi dealers. I told Sam if he could match the lowest price of the two I brought in that I would take it. Needless to say after 2 minutes with his manager, Sam came back with paperwork and the deal was done. After I decided to Lease the S5 Andrew Dunn (Audi Financial) went above and beyond his responsibility of having me fill out paperwork. He was a passionate owner of an S model car and gave me a ton of info about car care, and how to get the best performance out of my new car. I highly recommend Audi Norwell, specifically Sam Doxsey in sales and Andrew Dunn in Finance/Business department. More
