Salesman Josh was aweful, worst service ever recd in my LIFE I recently bought a pre owned Audi Q5 from Audi Norwell, although I was impressed with the car, I was not impressed with my salesman at all, or the se I recently bought a pre owned Audi Q5 from Audi Norwell, although I was impressed with the car, I was not impressed with my salesman at all, or the service. I was assigned to a salesman named Josh M., he was a young kid that has no customer service skills. He did not know one thing about the car, and when I asked a specific question, he would counter with some Audi Norwell catch phrase like "we only put one out of twelve cars on this lot" He had no power, he has to continually run back and forth to the managers office, he was texting while I test drove the car and not answering my questions. He did not take the purchase of my new car seriously at all. After all of this, he told me they would deliver my car 3 days later, when it turned out they could not meet that deadline, I requested a rental car, which they blew me off for about 3 days. I FINALLY got my car 10 days later, from when I signed the paper. But what really got me, is at the end, when I received my car, I was so in love with it, I decided to be nice and text Josh and said "car looks great, thanks for everything!", to my surprise Josh did not even text me back. I mean, come on, his whole job skill is to please me and make me happy, and he could not even do his job and text me back and say "your welcome, glad your happy"?! To be a salesman takes ZERO SKILL, all you have to do is be there for your client and do everything and anything the client asks. This salesman JOSH WAS AWEFUL, A POMPOUS LITTLE KID THAT DID NOT SHOW ME ANY RESPECT OR CARE IN THE WORLD. BEWARE OF THE SALESMAN YOU CHOOSE AT AUDI NORWELL. More
