On numerous occasions it was 5 days before I got a response from the sales person I was trying to order a new car. I provided all this info asked for. The lease company told me to that staff at Audi should be taking care of it. Poor customer service- very disappointed! More

Audi Care Plan Not Honored Audi Norwell Service Manager refused to perform my last pre-paid maintenance visit on my 2011 Audi A5 convertible since it was just past the 5 year en Audi Norwell Service Manager refused to perform my last pre-paid maintenance visit on my 2011 Audi A5 convertible since it was just past the 5 year end date by a month and a half! I had previously called to check to confirm that the plan was good and they said yes on the phone so I made an appointment. But when my wife came in to drop off the car they said no. Very disappointed!!! Don't purchase this plan!!! More

Tom was helpful, patient, low pressure and we felt that the price for our trade-in and new car were very fair. He went over the navigation system and car features in detail and I left very comfortable driving in my new Q5. The whole experience was a class act from the receptionist who offered my son an Avengers comic book and poster, to our salesman, Tom, who patiently went over the car features and accompanied me on a test drive, to the finance guy, Steve, to the service manager, Wayne, who came over at the end to introduce himself. Highly recommend Audi Norwell and ask for Tom Smelstor. More

Alex was very knowledgeable and walked me through all of the features. When we returned to the dealership to make an offer and get a price on a trade in, Alex was with another customer so his manager stepped in and helped so we were not stuck waiting and the other customer had Alex's full attention. We financed through Audi as well and Greg Brennan worked quickly to beat the AAA rates within an hour and we went back the same day to close the deal. And just when I thought Audi Norwell couldn't be any more accommodating, Alex came in on his day off to spend an hour with me settling me into my new car so I would have it in time for a family road trip. The dealership itself is beautiful, comfortable and kid friendly (Disney Jr. on the big screen while I had an espresso and waited for my inspection sticker). Every employee I encountered was warm and friendly and offered to help. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I ended up choosing to go to Norwell first because they were offering a great deal on an Audi A3 lease. Upon arrival at the contemporary, clean dealership I was promptly helped by a salesperson, Jeff. He listened to my needs and found a few good cars in stock that I was interested in. Throughout the process he was very "non-car salsey" and offered good insights and recommendations. He got me a great deal on a 3-yr lease with the car I wanted, and facilitated everything prior to my pickup of the vehicle. Highly recommend Audi Norwell when looking in the Boston area. More
