I thought I was an Audi customer for life after having both the 2022 and the 2024 Audi E-Trons. I have been in a lot of SUVs and nothing drives as smoothly and as quietly as the E-Tron. Every time I am both the 2022 and the 2024 Audi E-Trons. I have been in a lot of SUVs and nothing drives as smoothly and as quietly as the E-Tron. Every time I am in a gas car now, I am super annoyed with how clunky and loud it is. The features of the E-Tron are also amazing. I am for sure an Audi for lifer now after the exceptional customer service I got from Raymond Carruthers. He's an excellent sales person and this is coming from someone who was in sales for 10 years (B2B then surgical device sales) and who cannot stand it when sales people are pushy or use xx tactics like "well if you sign up today then I can do X but I can't honor that tomorrow." Ryamond goes above and beyond for his clients, he never uses shady sales tactics, and as long as he's at Audi, I'll come back to this dealership each time I need a new vehicle. As a super swamped busy business owner and mom, Alf couldn’t have made this car buying experience more stress free, a complete breeze and so very pleasant! This was the first time in my life I did not test drive and see the car in person before purchasing. That’s how trustworthy I was with Alf! I met Alf 4 months prior, curious of upgrading my current Audi. Then the unexpected happened and upgrading became a required and necessary decision. At this moment of perfect timing I was able to get a way better deal and term and Alf closed the deal in just 48hrs after my current car died on me. The trust I built in Alf was mainly off of his Character. He is truly a great, honest, high integrity and actually good morals kind of guy. If he didn’t know my answer he would honestly tell me that and then go find out. As a woman buying a car alone, I felt safe and protected, which is rare in purchasing a car. That typical shady, trying to get over type of salesman is what I was afraid of. Alf was true angel in getting me in a brand new set of reliable wheels! And did I mention it even came with plus 70k miles warranty. Then when that warranty is up I will be returning the Alf ready to upgrade again!
