I would not have purchased a one-way ticket to fly down and see the car had it not been for the hand-held level of customer service that was provided. Furthermore, upon airport pickup provided by the dealer, the 2010 Audi R8 was in far better condition than even Nick and team stated. A couple minor items that came up during the test drive were quickly fixed by Matt, their Master Technician, and he was able to further my purchase consideration confidence with what he personally replaced and serviced on the vehicle upon his very own pre-owned inventory inspection.
