It was myself and my family's first time at the dealership as we were seeking a SUV for my mother. Alf did an exceptional job and went over and beyond what any car salesman had ever done for us. He truly removed the stigma we had all had that the car buying process was a complete and utter drain. From the beginning he reached out and took the time to show us the car via Face-time since we would be travelling from out of town. Once we got to the dealership Alf's personality was the best, such an easy-going fun guy and he had great stories and laughs that made the process that more enjoyable! Not to mention the best test drives we have ever experienced. haha. he truly knows how to show you what the car is capable of when he is behind the wheel. I recommend that anyone in the market for a car go to Audi of Northlake and ask to speak to Alf. You won't regret it!! Not only is Alf extremely knowledgeable, he is a true professional, and quite a gentleman. As someone whom has been in sales for over 15 years and is extremely particular about who I do business with, I can assure you that True Sales Professionals are a dying breed. Alf George however, certainly is one of the few that still remain, and I would advice anyone in the Charlotte area looking for an Audi to pay him a visit. 2013 Audi a8l I have a 2013 audi a8l I have took my car to be fixed for check engine light. I have took it in 2 times for evap this is the 3rd time. I have paid over 3000.00 for this to be fixed. I k ow for a fact that they are only fixing stuff and hoping that it will fix the car. This is outrageous it’s like they fix something clear the code and by the time I have drove the car and it resets itself and come right back on for the same thing. There not fixing the problem. More

The car was ready waiting for me, I took it for a test drive, Daphne set up all Audi services, in a short while Adam from financing had all the documents ready to sign electronically and I was informed ahead of all the charges so there were no surprises. I was out within less than 2 hours! Everyone was super nice and it was a pleasure to have such a great customer service that expands afterwards. I had few questions days later and Daphne always had answers for me instantly. The facility is top notch! I would not have purchased a one-way ticket to fly down and see the car had it not been for the hand-held level of customer service that was provided. Furthermore, upon airport pickup provided by the dealer, the 2010 Audi R8 was in far better condition than even Nick and team stated. A couple minor items that came up during the test drive were quickly fixed by Matt, their Master Technician, and he was able to further my purchase consideration confidence with what he personally replaced and serviced on the vehicle upon his very own pre-owned inventory inspection.
