We purchased our 2017 Q5 at Audi Northlake in January 2021. The service they have provided us during the past four years has always been outstanding. He provided us with a car and kept us informed during the time of repair, which made for a positive experience. The Service Manager, Matt Woods, and his team did an outstanding job. Thank you to all.
