Recently had mechanical work done on my 2016 Audi Q5 at Audi Northlake. This was my first experience there and it will not be the last! Raymond Elsworth was my service advisor, and he was excellent. Dropped our Audi RS7 off yesterday for turbo oil screen recall. They did not have any loaner vehicles available, however, provided my wife with a complimentary Uber back to our home. Advisor Raymond Elswor recall. They did not have any loaner vehicles available, however, provided my wife with a complimentary Uber back to our home. Advisor Raymond Elsworth got everything checked in quickly and efficiently, and explained that it could take a couple of days to complete the recall. We received an email today with a video (which I thought was really cool) from technician Ben Brown showing us that the turbos had no issues and would not need to be replaced, and a call a couple hours later to let us know that the work was complete and vehicle was ready to be picked up. Top notch facility and knowledgeable staff. More
