Ruslan Prestwood was recommended to me by a friend, as a good salesman at Audi Northlake. I'm glad he was recommended to me. He was very helpful in finding a good used car that was a good fit. I had already done several days of online research on what sort of car I wanted, and what brands I was most interested in. Ruslan helped us narrow it down. He was very knowledgeable on the technology in the cars, and the options available. After the purchase, he spend a fair bit of additional time with us, helping us to understand more about the features, mostly of the technology aspects - the menus in the "radio" is quite a lot to learn, and the driver interface items - such as lane mitigation, auto-braking, etc. Thanks Ruslan. I hope it's a long time before I need to find another replacement vehicle, but when I do, I plan to see if I can find you to help us again. In addition, everyone of the staff that we dealt with was very helpful, professional, and courteous. More
