Initially I contacted Brian McCauley at the dealership to discuss a program 2010 Audi A8L that they had on the lot with very low mileage. He was quite courteous and gave me all the details I had asked for. Unannounced I dropped by the dealership a few days later to view the auto and unfortunately Brian was busy with another customer. Rather than making me wait Brian immediately turned me over to one of his 'partners-in-arms' Brad Burnham. I felt this was a very kind gesture as that is not typical in most car dealerships. I was there to trade my new BMW X6 as my wife and I recently acquired a new pooch and realized quickly that the BMW would not accommodate his size. He was 9 weeks and 28lbs. when we got him 2 months ago and now is over 60 lbs. and growing like a weed. He's an Irish Wolfhound and his name is Chauncey Gardiner. Thus the reason for the L model of the A8. Back to the story ... Brad turned out to be one of the best, and most knowledgeable sales persons I have ever met in my 40 years of purchasing automobiles. NO PRESSURE - NO RUSH - FLAT OUT A GOOD GUY! Well needless to say after reviewing the 2010 I then asked to explore the 2011. DONE DEAL. The car was everything that Brad had told me and so much more. I picked up the car yesterday and can't express how much I am impressed with both Brad and the dealership. One last note ... it seemed that Brad and I had much more in common than automobiles ... our love of music. We chatted for quite some time comparing notes and before we knew it we invited each other to a concert last night to see one of my long time favorites .. Dr. John (The Night Tripper). The concert was a blast and Brad and my wife Laurie really hit it off as well. In summation I can't express how thoroughly I am impress with Brad and the dealership ... BTW: I love the car too!!! I ordered an Audi A8L in April. Building it was exciting and very easy. I was given more money for my trade by Audi NS than any of the Mercedes dealers in town. I traded a Mercedes. The car arrived a week or two earlier than promised. Brad kept me updated on the progress of the car during the entire build process. The delivery was extremely throrough. The A8L has many different systems to get to learn. Brad spent more than two hours setting everything up properly. We discussed window tint and to my surprise the windows were already done by delivery time. Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to purchase a car from Brad Burnham and Audi North Scottsdale. More

Hello Everyone. I purchased a used Audi A-4 Quattro SE from Dennis on June 28, 2011. He was the absolute best sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Anyone who has ever purchased a vehicle knows the scenario. A pride of buzzards begins to hassle you as soon as you pull up to their lot. If you remain and move forward, you are generally treated like dirt and berated all in the name of "their" bottom line. Audi/Penske/Dennis were the POLAR OPPOSITE! I have never in my life been treated with so much respect and for that I cannot thank him enough. The deal was done quickly, professionally and to my satisfaction. If I didn't like the counter offer, he went back with mine without so much as a sigh much less an attitude. Remarkable service is all I can say. Now, as to the after care and service: Dennis contacted me several times just to check in and make sure all was well. It still is. When I noticed a minor defect in the passenger door panel is when I was introduced to Jill Parresol in the service division. Thank heavens for her! There were no questions asked, no hassles about a loaner car and she had the job done in a day. When working with her, it's akin to having a conversation with a friend and she is just so good at her craft. I had to take my love affair of a car in again today for a visor clip replacement (no big deal) and I didn't even make an appointment. I called mid-morning and she asked if I could bring it in today. It was just that easy. I hadn't even settled into the waiting room magazine when she told me my car was done and washed and ready for me. If this is any indication of what the future with Audi holds, I will never own anything but an Audi. On the same token, we purchased the same car in black for my spouse at their Chandler store one month before and the experience has been nothing less than the same. If you choose to buy from Audi North Scottsdale (my personal choice), See Dennis for your buying experience and Jill for your service needs. I have been pleasantly surprised by the people in the service department, no matter who I have worked with. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.
