Brian was super easy to work with and accommodated me as I shopped for months for the perfect car, test driving everything from an A5 to a TT to a B8 S4 - and when I saw a brilliant red B7 S4 that practically had my name etched into the seats it was so perfect for me, Brian worked to get me a great deal that required no haggling or hassle, offering super fair terms that was a win-win for everyone. Brian is a super nice guy that is a true Audi enthusiast that I highly recommend to anyone. Likewise, I strongly recommend Audi North Scottsdale as the best place in the greater Phoenix area to take your Audi for service. I work with Al Rizzo as my service adviser and am always greeted with great service, thorough explanations, and great loaner cars. They explain any issues clearly and work quickly to get things fixed, and things are always fixed right the first time. Bad experiences can certainly be an anomaly that results from timing and circumstances out of the norm, in other words anyone can make a bad decision from time to time. Mark Reicks and his team jumped through hoops to correct this situation and as a result we purchased another Audi with more to come. You really know what a business is made of when mistakes happen and extraordinary efforts are made to correct them. I love these guys!! Thank you! (Old Review) I purchased 3 Audi's from this dealership (A4, A6 & Q7). All three experiences were the same, poor service and a general tone of condescension. Acting like someone was doing me a favor. The only reason we continued to support this dealership was their close proximity to our residence. We visited once again to assist our daughter on the purchase of her new Audi A4. We were met once again with the same arrogance. When she asked them if they could match the Peoria, AZ Audi Dealerships deal of zero down and $399/mo + tax on a $35k 2012 Audi A4 their response was this deal doesn't really exist. When we pulled it up on the website on Sean's computer he said he would check with his sales manager and returned with many derogatory statements indicating that this was impossible and the Peoria dealer was falsely advertising and misrepresenting the deal. Further stating that when we got to the other dealership we would quickly learn that there will be hidden fees on top of their advertised deal. Guess what? They were 100% wrong! We went straight away to the Peoria Audi dealership and worked with their new car salesman, Joe Leavitt and his internet salesman, Steve. Their deal was exactly as advertised, no strings attached. Was a very pleasant experience. We plan on writing a letter to Audi Corporate as well as the local Scottsdale Audi Dealership's management. I am really unclear how this dealership has maintained good ratings as we have had 4 bad experiences in a row now with North Scottsdale Audi. More

We met Brad a few months ago when I began the process, at that time I told him that we were beginning our search and that we were not likely to buy any time soon. This approach normally cools off a sales person (as it did to just about every other dealer we visited) however Brad showed no signs that it mattered to him. Brad has given us many hours of his time since that first meeting despite the fact we have yet to buy a vehicle from him. Brad is very knowledgeable and has never pressured us. This point is very important to my wife and me and has caused us to steer away from two other dealerships in Scottsdale. He has shown us quite a few Audis and although I had not thought of purchasing one before, they are definitely on the list now. I would have no qualms recommending Brad and the Audi dealership in North Scottsdale to any of my friends. . More

From the beginning of the negotiating process to the end, these three represented Audi North Scottsdale and Penske extremely well and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend dealing with Audi North Scottsdale, and in particular, Dennis, Debby, and Bill, if you're interested in purchasing or leasing a Audi here in Arizona. This is my fourth Audi; I bought the last three at this dealership. Bradley Burnham was the salesman who assisted me with getting into such an incredible car. He was professional and courteous throughout the sales process. He has a great sense of humor and was very very very knowledgeable about Audi products.
