This was our first visit to Audi North Scottsdale. I have an A3. The new Pirelli tires that came with the car developed a problem involving the tread pulling away from the tire. That caused a thump that was obviously rotation rate dependent. I took it in for an oil change and asked Jason Brown, our service advisor, to take a look at it. He immediately diagnosed the problem and set me up with an appointment to put on some new Continentals. He also made us a really great deal on the new ones, even though the Pirellis were not under warranty. I took in the car and left with new tires. Our past service experiences with Jason have been equally pleasant. Believe it or not, I actualy like going there for service because he is such a terrific guy to interact with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for sales or service. More

One early morning while driving to work, a message flashed stating that my coolant was low and to service. I pulled over and pulled out my manual, and it stated I needed to stop driving and get my ca flashed stating that my coolant was low and to service. I pulled over and pulled out my manual, and it stated I needed to stop driving and get my car serviced or risk doing damage to the engine. I drove to work and immediately phoned the dealership and asked for the service department. I explained my situation, and they said to bring my car in immediately, no appointment. They had a loaner car available outside waiting for me, and I was back to work within the half hour. My car was due for it's 15,0000 mile service, and they took care of my car and returned it washed and clean. The service was exceptional and Jason went above and beyond the call of duty to assist. I wanted to say Thank you to Kirsten as well, for she was the sales person who sold me my new Audi Q7, and personally drove my SUV to my work, and spend over an hour going over all the features. Al Rizzo is my usual Service Advisor. He is always friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and they get me in & out as quickly as possible.
