Having not dealt with this dealer before, we were pleasantly surprised at the salesperson's professional, diligent and "no pressure" approach. We had specific requests and scheduling restrictions during the sales process, to which the salesperson and dealership were very responsive. Service and delivery of the vehicle was top-notch. They clearly took pride in delivering the car in excellent condition. We researched multiple financing options, and the financing offered by the dealership was competitive with the lower rates we found (not the lowest rate, but darn close). We decided to go with the dealer's financing, in part because of the rate, but also because of their ability to simplify the process and get us out the door quickly and conveniently with all papers documented. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this salesperson and dealership to any of our friends. More
