I recently purchased an Audi A8L and had an outstanding experience. I worked with Ms. Debby Lloyd who is an experienced and knowledgeable salesperson. Ms. Lloyd listened to what I wanted on the car and wor experience. I worked with Ms. Debby Lloyd who is an experienced and knowledgeable salesperson. Ms. Lloyd listened to what I wanted on the car and worked with me to find the car that I wanted. There was never any pressure to upsell or close immediately. I came back the next day, and the car we were looking at was clean and sitting in front of the lot. Ms. Lloyd stated that she would never sell a car to a customer without a test drive. She spent almost an hour with me prior to leaving for the test drive going over all of the computer-controlled devices that are installed in the new AUDIs. After the test drive I signed the various contract sheets, and I was the owner of an A8L. More

Purchased a vehicle for my daughter 3 weeks ago from Gary B. & paid in full with a cashiers check. Because we paid with a check their policy is to run a credit bureau for fraud. Penske protocol. Take poss B. & paid in full with a cashiers check. Because we paid with a check their policy is to run a credit bureau for fraud. Penske protocol. Take possession of vehicle & paid in full for 2023 Audi Q5 Then 3 weeks later get an envelope from Chase auto credit for payments on a 2018 Audi convertible for $18000…which never happened. Call Chase & they say it’s a possible booking error from Audi North Scottsdale. Proceed to visit the dealership & relay story to Perry Fetech head of Financial services department. He apologized said he would resolve & f investigate what occurred. It’s 3 days later, no call no follow up. Completely zero accountability or common courtesy, SO UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Still shaking my head. More
