I have been using this Audi Dealership for many years-16. They have been excellent to work with, from the Service Manager Brian Gurney, service advisor Sean Espinal and Chris in parts. They have all helped me so greatly with my 2008 Audi TT Coupe I purchased in late 2007 at their old original Maitland location. They have always given me help with vehicle loaners, at a time they even had a program that they came to south Orlando, Dr. Phillips picked up my vehicle and delivered it back after service. They have given me honest trouble shooting advice over the phone and when the TT is in their shop for service and or repairs. They have generally helped to keep the costs to a minimum and given me discounts when asked. Everyone knows European vehicles can sometimes be a challenge and aren't cheap. They have a nice quiet up stairs area for customers with complementary drinks, breakfast and lunch on site. Lastly, over 16-years they have had employee retention, which to me is a good sign of a quality managed business, especially in the auto business.
