Service I took my 2009 Audi A4 to this dealership to have the keyless entry reprogramed and my convertible top reset. Their service department could not do e I took my 2009 Audi A4 to this dealership to have the keyless entry reprogramed and my convertible top reset. Their service department could not do either. I was still charged $169.00 and got absolutely nothing for my money, they did nothing. I would not recommend this dealership for any kind of maintenance when they could not even reprogram and keyless remote in over an hour. Enter at your own risk and money. Bad, bad, bad. Mechanic could not give a diagnosis of the problem with ample time. More
